Luka Polese is a New York City–based photographer and the artist behind DIRTYGOLDS.

Originally from Miami, his work moves between portraiture, fashion, documentary and everyday observation. He is drawn to people and the moments that often go unnoticed. His photography reflects a strong interest in color and atmosphere while capturing the personality of each subject and place.

DIRTYGOLDS is an evolving body of work shaped by years of photographing people and places across New York, Miami and beyond. The collection brings together different experiences and moments captured along the way.
